TRAINING PROGRAM
The Triple Threat Training Program at Rock City Dance Center is the studio’s premier musical theater training experience, created for passionate young performers ages 7 and up who are eager to explore acting, singing, and dancing. This dynamic and inclusive program provides a well-rounded introduction to all aspects of musical theater, helping students build confidence, stage presence, and foundational skills in performance. Through immersive training, young artists are encouraged to discover and develop their unique talents while igniting a lifelong passion for the performing arts.

Meet Kiona!
Our new RCDC Triple Threat Program Director, Kiona Reese, is well versed in vocal and acting coaching, as well as somatic movement for actors and musical theater performers. As a professional performer she has graced the regional and international stage. She has created children’s programming at several regional theater companies and we are excited to have her join us!
