In 2021, Rock City Dance Center Owner and Artistic Director Kristen Pittman partnered with Kristin O'Hara to expand RCDC to a second location in Conway, AR. O’Hara has played an integral role at RCDC since 2010. Since then she has executed many high level duties, from instruction to program direction, making this partnership a natural fit for RCDC.  

 

RCDC - Conway will be under the artistic direction of Kiley Lefler. Kiley is a Conway native and Rock City Dance Center alumnus. Spending her youth training at RCDC, Kiley always dreamed of a day that her hometown could have the same dance experience she had.  As a member and captain of the Rock Chalk dance team, Kiley graduated with a BFA in Dance from the University of Kansas.  Kiley is an award winning choreographer and instructor and is dedicated to excellence in training at every level. Kiley's experience, diverse talent and commitment to RCDC are the perfect qualifications to lead this next chapter in Conway.

 

Additionally, we are excited to add Lauren Wood, another Conway native, to our leadership team. Lauren is a well respected member of the Conway community and has enthusiastically joined our RCDC family. She has trained students at both the recreational and competitive dance levels. Lauren’s leadership, experience and expertise will be invaluable as we begin our journey in Conway. 

 

Rounding out our leadership team in Conway is Megan Tillman. Megan is a professional dancer with Ballet Arkansas and has dedicated her life to the art form. She has been a member of the RCDC instruction team for three years and has extensive experience educating dancers in all levels of training. Megan is excited to bring the joy of ballet to Conway and share her passion with the community.
