TICKETS: We are thrilled our Holiday Spectacular has grown and become a part of your holiday family tradition. The Holiday Spectacular will be a ticketed event. All seats will be general admission price for $5 each. Participants will receive an email by November 15th to reserve tickets for their guests.
THE FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE: We will hold an ongoing holiday festival that includes all the enchanting charm and delight you have come to love with this event. Families can listen to holiday stories, meet Santa, grab some sweets, take pictures, make a holiday craft and more! This festival will be open from 10:00am - 3:15pm for Holiday Spectacular participants and their guests, allowing families to enjoy the festival at their leisure before or after the performance.
THE PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE: In this mini holiday showcase, dancers will share the stage with dancers close in age and put on an intimate show that you will remember for years to come. This approximate 20-30 minute performance will start with an opening number by RCDC pre-professional dancers that will introduce your STAR! Dancers will then perform their Holiday choreography, be presented with a special holiday gift, and wrap up with the finale performance.
SHOWTIMES & CHECK-IN: Families will be able to select their dancer's show time! On November 15th, a sign-up link will be sent to all performers. Available showtimes will be from 10:00am-3:15pm, so you can select the time that works best for you!

Dancer Check-in: Dancers will be given a backstage check-in time. At that assigned time, dancers should arrive in costume and dance shoes, with hair and makeup complete, ready to check-in backstage. Performers will join RCDC staff backstage to rehearse before their debut.
DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY: Dancers will begin to learn the Holiday choreography in their regularly scheduled classes beginning in late October. No additional rehearsals will be required to perform. A tutorial video will also be distributed in November for dancers wanting additional home practice. On the day of the show, dancers will get a short rehearsal backstage with RCDC staff. During the show, RCDC staff will be present to help & guide them through the choreography so they can perform their best!
ATTIRE/COSTUME: For the performance, all dancers will wear a provided costume. Below are examples of costumes that may be used. Costumes will be age-appropriate, modest and festively fun! Costumes will be ordered after we collect sizes and payments.
LOCATION: The experience will take place at Wildwood Park for the Arts (20919 Denny Rd, Little Rock, 72223). Wildwood's state of the art theater is set in a beautiful 105-acre park in West Little Rock, a setting sure to get our families in the festive holiday spirit.

SCHEDULE: Deadline to register is SEPTEMBER 30th! Once registration closes, we will send out a link for you to select your dancer's show time. You will have detailed check-in and showtime communicated to you by mid-November. All shows will be on Saturday, December 7th.
